SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Starting next week, Teall Avenue will be closed from Burnet Avenue to I-690 eastbound ramps while crews perform construction activities to improve drainage.
The road will be closed beginning Tuesday, March 13 through March 15, and again from Tuesday, March 20 through March 22.
The closures will take place from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Single lane traffic will be open in each direction after 7 p.m.
Motorists will be unable to cross under I-690 from either direction.
The I-690 eastbound on/off ramps will remain open, but vehicles exiting I-690 at Teall Ave. will not be able to turn north under I-690.
Detour signs will be posted directing traffic to Erie Boulevard.
