CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A man who has been arrested three times for allegedly taking pictures in the women’s restroom has been indicted by a grand jury.
Garrett Monds was recently arrested for allegedly taking the photos inside a bathroom at a Syracuse University academic building.
Monds was arrested last May and September for similar crimes on the OCC campus, where he was a former student. Investigators say he has no connection to SU.
He was also arrested for a similar alleged crime at a Rite Aide warehouse where he worked.
