NORTH SYRACUSE (WSYR-TV) - Investigators are working to determine the cause of an industrial fire at ICM Controls on William Barry Boulevard in North Syracuse.
The fire was reported around 5 a.m. Tuesday.
The company is a manufacturer of electronic controls specializing in the HVAC industry.
When fire crews arrived to the scene, they saw a machine on fire along with some products.
Investigators say the fire was small and sprinklers helped minimize the flames. Crews will remain at the business through the morning.
One firefighter overheated and left the fire, according to Christopher Strong, North Syracuse fire chief.
The business is closed for the day.
