Judge: Conley will be jailed if she's seen in public again

UTICA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A judge in Oneida County is giving Kaitlyn Conley an ultimatum: obey her house arrest or head to jail.

The 24-year-old is accused of killing her former boss, Dr. Mary Yoder, with a lethal dose of gout medicine was back in court on Wednesday, admitting that she went to two restaurants multiple times while under house arrest— Blue Restaurant and Gerber’s Tavern.

Assistant District Attorney Laurie Lisi says her behavior is making a “joke of the system.”

The DA’s office was asking to revoke her bail, which she posted.

Conley apologized and promised to never do it again.

In June, her murder trial ended in a mistrial when the jury couldn’t decide on a verdict.

Conley is scheduled to return to court on Aug. 7.
