ONEIDA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - The Oneida City Police are looking to give youth tickets— for being good!

The third annual ‘GooDD Citzens Campaign’ kicked off on Tuesday, where police will ‘ticket’ and reward youth who are caught being good citizens.
