If you've driven in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue in the City of Binghamton recently, you may have noticed something different about signs in that area.
The tag line "Make America Great" has appeared on No Littering signs in the City of Binghamton in that area.
The tag line is a rendition of the "Make America Great Again" slogan President Donald Trump popularized in his polarizing campaign for office last year.
NewsChannel 34 reached out to Mayor Rich David's Office, who indicated they weren't aware of the signs, and said they would look into it.
While appearing on local radio show Binghamton Now on WNBF Tuesday morning, Mayor David reiterated that he wasn't aware of the signs, and said he'd look into them.
