OCC student arrested for allegedly taking pictures in the woman's bathroom

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - An Onondaga Community College student has been arrested after he allegedly took picture's inside a woman's restroom.

According to OCC's communications coordinator Roger Mirabito, Garrett Monds was stopped after an employee heard a phone go off in a bathroom inside the Gordon Student Center.

Monds allegedly ran out of the bathroom when the employee yelled. Another student stopped him as he ran.

He was taken into custody without incident and was charged with unlawful surveillance, a felony.

Monds has been temporarily suspended from the school.
