Police say a shots fired call brought them to the 100 block of Sabine Street around 3:00 Saturday afternoon.
While there, officers were notified that a man in his twenties was at Upstate University Hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound to his arm.
The victim was brought to Upstate University Hospital in a private car and is not suffering life-threatening injuries.
Police say the suspect left the scene in a silver SUV heading towards Oswego Street.
