SENECA FALLS, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - A Seneca County grand jury has indicted three Seneca Falls residents for allegedly kidnapping an individual for more than 12 hours.
An indictment filed Thursday charged Jesse James Dillsworth, 34, Bryan Gonyou, 39, and Lisa Freer, 37, all of 25 Miller Street, with first-degree kidnapping, second-degree grand larceny, first-degree conspiracy, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Dillsworth, Gonyou, and Freer allegedly abducted and restrained an individual for more than 12 hours with the intent to compel another person to deliver ransom money.
Dillsworth was also indicted on two counts of second-degree menacing for allegedly placing the victim in reasonable fear of serious physical injury by displaying a knife.
The defendants are currently being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail.
