SU men's basketball team mingles with fans for a good cause

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - The Syracuse men's basketball team took some time off the court to support a local cause on Tuesday night.

SU fans were able to mingle with players and coaches as a part of the 17th annual “Hoops for Hope,” which raises money for the Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse.

Kids even got to line up for signatures from their favorite players on "autograph alley.”

“Everything stays here locally. It doesn't go away. It benefits the four club sites that we have along with the three after school programs that we have. So, we are very proud of the support that we get here locally,” said Pat Driscoll, the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs.
