SU students help neighborhood group create new outlook for Southside

40 students worked together to craft a new message

Syracuse, NY (WSYR-TV) - College students are helping community leaders in Syracuse re-brand the city's Southside.
Forty Syracuse University students partnered with Southside TNT, a community group focused on rebuilding part of the city.
They were given just two days to create a brand new image for the group, including a new logo and website, updates TNT members say they really needed.
"Over the past year or so, we've been really diligently working and building so much momentum on the Southside and this was the next step. How do we re-brand our community? How do we re-brand the Southside, not only internally, but externally as well?" said Camille Coakley, Southside TNT.
The group will be adopting the students' work and you might just see their creations around the city soon.
