Syracuse Police looking for 'endangered' suspected shoplifter

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police are looking for a man now considered endangered.

John Charles Frazier was last seen at Destiny USA on Nov. 18, 2017.

Police say at that time, he was conducting "nefarious activities"-- he has four outstanding warrants from the City of Syracuse for thefts at Destiny USA.

Frazier is now considered a missing person, as he has not been seen since his time at Destiny USA in November.

"His phone was pinged, we were unable to contact him at any time. The family is worried something happened to him. We don't know if he's on the run because he has warrants, or if he fell afoul of something," said Sgt. Mike Smith with the Syracuse Police.

The missing persons unit is also investigating.

Frazier is 5'6" and weighs about 140 pounds.

"He walks kind of pigeoned toe, we're told bow-legged, and a frequent flyer at Destiny mall. We don't know if he's returned there under disguise," Smith said.

If you have any information that can help police, give them a call at 315-442-5230.
