The Conversation with SU women's lacrosse coach Gary Gait

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - It's tournament time in college lacrosse, and the SU women are playing right now in the first round of the ACC Tournament.

The team is led by arguably the greatest lacrosse player of all time—Gary Gait.

Gait invited NewsChannel 9’s Carrie Lazarus to check out the locker room that he designed for the girls at Manley Fieldhouse— it has custom designed artwork, a fireplace and a steam room.

The locker room also features metal cutouts of the players and a lacrosse stick chandelier.

Gait, and his wife Nicole, have been in Syracuse for 10 years, after moving from Denver.
