BALDWINSVILLE (WSYR-TV) - The Fireside Inn in Baldwinsville is now re-branding itself as an events center for functions like weddings, class reunions and graduations.
Francis Fiorito and Stan Dombroski took over The Fireside Inn when the former owners were forced to close after owing more than $100,000 in taxes.
After nearly three years of major renovations, the owners want to make it a premier events center and banquet hall.
"We're going to have country jams and artists from different radio stations. Years ago, Jason Aldean got his start here and hopefully we can promote some new people," said Fiorito.
It's now open to the public Thursdays for a prime rib buffet from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. It's open on Fridays at 5 p.m. and there is a lounge menu available for guests, and the live music starts at 7 p.m.
Executive Chef Doug Clark is offering more than 10 different menus, including outside catering.
