OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Two replica of Columbus’ ships— the Nina and the Pinta— have finally anchored in Oswego.
The Nina is a 65-foot long, exact replica of the original ship, and the Pinta is actually three times bigger than the original.
The ships will be docked in the Oswego Harbor from Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Both ships are floating museums and visitors can tour the ships, which are manned by 12 crew members.
They sail all around the world, months at a time, and even sleep in their ships.
Tours cost $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $6 for kids.
