Utica man arrested 10 days after he's accused of committing murder

UTICA, NY (WSYR-TV) - Utica Police have arrested a man, ten days after's he's accused of murdering David Davis on Utica's west side.

Officers charged Jahari Brown with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. 

Brown allegedly shot Davis at the Cathedral Garden Apartments on Whitesboro Street on October 5, 2017.

Detectives used limited suspect information to piece together a description and arrested Brown Sunday during a traffic stop.
