SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Central New Yorkers are expecting a significant snow storm this week – but nothing that compares to the historic Blizzard of 1993.
On March 13, 24 years ago, more than 22 inches fell across the region.
Over the following three days, the storm dumped a total of 42 inches in Syracuse.
The total was one tenth of an inch more than the legendary Blizzard of 1966.
