What's Going Around: Our weekly check of local doctors' offices for Jan. 17

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - NewsChannel 9's weekly What's Going Around report checks in with Central New York doctors to find out what illnesses they've been treating.

LIVERPOOL: Summerwood Pediatrics is one office seeing lots of flu patients, as well as RSV, and lots of people with viral sore throats.

FULTON: Fulton Urgent Care is also seeing flu cases, sinusitis and sore throats. 

AUBURN: Auburn Internal Medicine has been seeing patients with a stomach bug, sinusitis, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, common colds, pneumonia, viral and strep throat -- and of course the flu.

PULASKI: Dr. Carguello says the flu is also going around.

SYRACUSE: Brighton Hill Pediatrics is seeing both Type A and Type B cases of the flu, strep throat, RSV and upper respiratory infections as well.

CAMILLUS: Dr. Rovall it's been a busy week at the office -- patients are coming in with croup, strep throat, pinkeye, vomiting and diarrhea, viral sore throats and rounding out the list --Flu A and B.
