A counselor at a special needs group home in Syracuse has entered a guilty plea and will be placed on probation after he engaged in oral sex with an underage resident.
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A counselor at a special needs group home in Syracuse has entered a guilty plea and will be placed on probation after he engaged in oral sex with an underage resident.

22-year-old Markeem Chaplin, of South Avenue in Syracuse, has pleaded guilty to Criminal Sex Act in the 3rd Degree and will receive a sentence of 10 years probation and will have to register as a sex offender when sentenced on Feb. 21.

Chaplin, who was arrested in October, was associated with the Toomey Residential & Community Services organization when the incident occurred.
