‘Lights of Love’ glow over Syracuse

The city of Syracuse has more of a festive feel as 3,000 white lights now glow from the Crouse clock tower.
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The city of Syracuse has more of a festive feel as 3,000 white lights now glow from the Crouse clock tower.

Every light is purchased by donors in honor or in memory of someone special.

Proceeds from the "Lights of Love" campaign will be used for a new state-of-the-art birthing bed for Crouse's Maternity Center.

“They are a thing of beauty," said President and CEO of Crouse Hospital Paul Kronenberg. "It's a great opportunity for our whole community, our Crouse community, to get involved in doing good things for the hospital and community at large.”

The lights will remain on until the New Year.
