Oswego County man charged with sex crimes; police say there are two victims, suspect more

A man from the Oswego County town of Schroeppel faces multiple charges after police say he had sex with two underage teens.
Schroeppel (WSYR-TV) – A man from the Oswego County town of Schroeppel faces multiple charges after police say he had sex with two underage teens.

State Police say Paul Nowakowski, 19, of Chesbro Road had sex with two girls on separate occasions last year. One alleged victim is 13 years old, the other is 14.

Police suspect there may be additional victims of abuse and are asking anyone who may have information to contact them at 598-2112.

Nowakowski has been charged with one count of Rape in the 2nd Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and one count of Sexual Misconduct.

He was arraigned in the town of Schroeppel court and sent to the Oswego County Jail on $1,000 cash bail, $2,000 bond.

He is scheduled to reappear in court on March 20.
