Police: Suspect clocked driving nearly 100 miles per hour in a stolen car in Cortland

A Niagara Falls man was arrested for allegedly driving a stolen vehicle nearly 100 miles per hour in Cortland.
Cortland (WSYR-TV) – A Niagara Falls man was arrested for allegedly driving a stolen vehicle nearly 100 miles per hour in Cortland.

State Police say 55-year-old Ronald Proctor was already wanted by Niagara Falls police on a warrant for aggravated harassment

Police stopped Proctor on I-81, near exit 10.

They say he was driving the vehicle, which was allegedly stolen from Delaware, without a license.

State Police charged him with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a felony.

Proctor was arraigned in Cortland Town Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
