Sheriff's Office: 13-year-old stabs his 18-year-old brother with box cutter following argument

Clay, NY (WSYR-TV) - An 18-year-old man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed by his 13-year-old brother at their home in the Town of Clay on Saturday.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office said the 13-year-old used a box cutter to stab his brother following an argument around 1:10 p.m..

The 18-year-old was taken to the hospital to receive stitches in his leg.
