Authorities say a 40-year-old man who worked as a substitute teacher at schools in the Rochester area has been arrested on multiple felony rape charges.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a 40-year-old man who worked as a substitute teacher at schools in the Rochester area has been arrested on multiple felony rape charges.

State police said Wednesday night that they had charged Glenn Manzek of suburban Fairport with rape, criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. Troopers say all the charges stem from his conduct with one person.

Police say Manzek has been a substitute teacher at various schools throughout Monroe County.

He was arraigned in the Town of Perinton Court and sent to the county Jail on $5,000 bail. Manzek was released after posting bail. It couldn't be determined if he had a lawyer.
