Three woman report threats in different areas of Syracuse

The first robbery was reported at 7:27 a.m. along the 1400 block of Midland Avenue. A woman told police she was thrown to the ground by a man who took her purse, with her keys and a debit card inside.

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Three women told Syracuse police they were threatened in separate areas of Syracuse on Friday morning.

The first robbery was reported at 7:27 a.m. along the 1400 block of Midland Avenue. A woman told police she was thrown to the ground by a man who took her purse, with her keys and a debit card inside.

Thirteen minutes later, another woman told police she was confronted by two men along the 2200 block of South Salina Street. The woman had just left an ATM at Key Bank and said the men threatened to use a gun, though she didn't see the weapon. Nothing was stolen. According to police, the woman didn't have any money.

At 7:55 a.m. police were called to a parking lot near the 2400 block of South Salina Street. A woman said she was approached by two men who threatened to use a gun. She never saw the weapon and nothing was stolen.

Police are looking for two men with the following descriptions:

-A black male wearing all black clothing with a green scarf over his face.

-A black male wearing a pair of black jeans.
