In the video above, NewsChannel9's Rachel Polansky shows us some of the healthy food options at the Great New York State Fair.

Dairy: First-ever New York yogurt bar, called YO2GO, is located in the New York State Fair’s Dairy Products Building and provides Fair-goers with two different styles of yogurt – regular vanilla and Greek – made with 100 percent New York milk. Fruit or granola toppings are also a healthy option.

Middle Eastern and Mediterranean: Head to the International Building for ethnic options. We tried King Tut's veggie platter. It has three grape leaves, falafel, pita with hummus, and Greek salad. They also have a number of gluten-free and vegetarian options.

No bun, and sauce on the side: Try the chicken Spiedie at Gianelli sausage without the bun! It's all-white meat chicken. We asked for peppers and onions on the side.

Wraps: Wrap It Up, located right outside the Dairy Products Building has grilled chicken and steak. Load it up with veggies, or they make vegetarian wraps. You can ask for dressing as a side with your wrap.
