Cayuga Heights Police have released a composite sketch depicting a man who they believe drew a gun when he was caught in the act of burglarizing a home on Sunday night.

Cayuga Heights (WSYR-TV) – Cayuga Heights Police have released a composite sketch depicting a man who they believe drew a gun when he was caught in the act of burglarizing a home on Sunday night.

According to Cayuga Heights Police, the suspect pulled out a “small caliber handgun” and demanded cash when the victim arrived at the home on The Parkway.

The suspect was described as a white male between 5-foot-6 and 5-8.

During the incident, he was reportedly wearing khaki pants, a sleeveless t-shirt, and a backpack.

Several police agencies investigated the incident.

Police detained one person for questioning but determined that he was not the suspect.
