Wampsville (WSYR-TV) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is looking for multiple suspects who they believe have repeatedly stolen meat from two Tops locations.

The Sheriff’s Office released four surveillance images depicting three of the men they suspect have been behind the thefts.

The Sheriff’s Office is investigating two incidents that were reported at the Tops location on Route 5 in Canastota on March 10 and March 25, as well as two incidents that were reported at Tops on Route 5 in Sherrill on March 24 and March 25.

They believe the suspects could be working as a team based on the timing of the thefts.

They say the men place packages of meat under their clothing and leave without paying.

In each reported incident, the men have stolen hundreds of dollars worth of meat.

Anyone who recognizes the men or who can help the investigation should call (315) 366-2311 or the City of Sherrill Police Department at (315) 363-3200.
