Dog found living in its own urine and feces, police looking for owner charged

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police are looking for a man who is wanted for violating probation and for aggravated cruelty to animals.

Police say 25-year-old Rocky Session left his pitbull unattended in an enclosed porch in East Syracuse from April 13 to April 19, 2016.

The dog was living in its own urine and feces, which were all over the porch floor. There was a partially damaged screen and plastic cover on a window that the dog had damaged in an attempt to get out of the porch.

He is facing charges for the conditions he allegedly left his dog in.

Session lives in Syracuse, but was born in Auburn and may have some family connections there.

His last known address was 926 Highland Street. The dog was found in a E. Heman Street home in the village of East Syracuse.

Session is 6-feet tall, weighs 184 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
