State Police looking for woman accused of stealing more than $7K from a Shop City store

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – State Police are asking for the public’s help finding a woman who they believe stole $7,235 from a Shop City store that employed her.

Police believe Princess Houghton, 24, stole the money on Aug. 30, 2013 while working at CW Price.

They have been looking for her ever since the alleged incident.

At one point, police had information that Houghton was living in a home on Syracuse’s South Side. They also say she may have left the Syracuse area altogether.

Houghton is a black woman who stands 4-foot-9 and weighs 100 pounds.

She is wanted on a warrant from the Town of Salina for grand larceny in the third degree.
