Oneida Police locate missing excavator equipment that was rented and never returned

ONEIDA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - The Oneida City Police department has located a missing excavator, which was rented by a man in May who never returned it.

Police were looking for 53-year-old Todd Palmer on an arrest warrant in connection with the missing machine.

Palmer allegedly rented the Komatsu mini-excavator on May 9 and then never returned it. According to police, he also rented a 2005 Locke equipment trailer.

It is unknown if Palmer was located with the missing equipment, or if he is facing charges.
