Pennellville man accused of rape, criminal sex

PENNELLVILLE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A Pennellville man is facing felony charges after being accused of raping a victim that State Police described as a young, female victim.

William Parks, 37, of Ainslee Drive has been charged with first-degree rape and first-degree criminal sex – both felonies.

They say the victim knew Parks when the incident occurred.

Parks was arraigned in Town of Salina Court and taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
