They say 62-year-old Paul Warren of Baldwinsville is in critical condition, but stable condition.
Police say Warren was traveling westbound when his motorcycle collided with the passenger side of a westbound 2002 Toyota.
They say Warren’s motorcycle was launched into the eastbound lane.

Warren suffered what police described as serious injuries and was taken to Upstate University Hospital.
The highway reopened around 2:13 Tuesday morning after being shut down for several hours.
Police are still investigating the crash.
