Salmonella fear prompts chip recall

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A Pennsylvania chip manufacturer is warning people not to eat its Buffalo Kettle Cooked Potato Chips.

According to the FDA, a milk powder supplier has warned Snyder of Berlin that its spice blend may contain salmonella.

They are telling consumers to avoid chips that have the following product codes:

- Pennsylvania
- Ohio
- Virginia

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the chips to date.
