Wampsville (WSYR-TV) – The morning after severe storms created havoc in southern Madison County, the state of emergency has been lifted.

The Sheriff’s Office says most of the affected roads have been cleared, although some debris remains.

The exception, they said, is the town of Brookfield, where multiple roads are still impassable.

The storms created substantial damage in the towns of Lebanon, Hamilton, and Brookfield.

Emergency personnel received reports of trees falling – including some falling into structures.

In addition, they responded to a report of at least one building collapse in the town of Hamilton.

No injuries were reported as a result of the storm, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
