Syracuse native Post Malone cancels State Fair show

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse native Post Malone has cancelled his Chevy Court performance at the State Fair in order to perform at the MTV Music Awards.

Malone was initially slated to take to the Chevy Court stage on Aug. 27 at 2 p.m.

Malone was born in the Salt City, but moved to Texas with his family at the age of 10.

Post Malone’s debut album “Stoney” landed at No. 6 on the album charts.
He has toured with Justin Bieber and collaborated with Kanye West and 50 Cent.
