SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police say a victim is in critical condition after she was shot in the face late Sunday night.
Police responded to the scene in the 100 block of Glenwood Avenue around 10:58 a.m.
When they arrived, they found a 20-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds to her face.
She was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
Police say there is no suspect information available at the time.
