Answer: Onondaga County has been working on a large sewer project for the last week or so, replacing 42 feet of a sewer line that collapsed.
The line was more than 100 years old.
The work is happening along the northbound lane of South Salina Street – and most of it has been completed.
Concrete has been filled in, but crews are now waiting for the warmer weather to lay down the asphalt.
The road has not been closed during the work, but there were some delays.
