Second Syracuse woman sought for failing to surrender DNA sample turns herself in

A Syracuse woman who was charged with a crime but failed to turn in a DNA sample to police has been taken into custody.

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse woman who was charged with a crime but failed to turn in a DNA sample to police has been taken into custody.

At the end of June, the Fugitive Task Force put Central New Yorkers On The Lookout for Brandy Woodhouse and Traneica Harley.

Woodhouse surrendered to police last week.

On Monday, police told NewsChannel 9 that Harley had also surrendered after being profiled on NewsChannel 9’s On The Lookout segment.
