Take a big pot (dutch oven) fill it with apple cider, and then put the ribs in it. Boil the ribs for 30minutes, and then take out of the pan. Once you take them out of the pan you spice them up with salt, pepper(to your taste), I put Zatterains Cajun seasoning on them and then I put my barbeque sauce on them. i will either put on the grill or in the oven. once they are done, they just fall of the bone. they are so good.
