Brawl erupts during C-NS, Corcoran football game

CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A brawl among multiple high school football players broke out after the Cicero-North Syracuse and Corcoran game, while the players were shaking hands. 

According to a NewsChannel 9 reporter at the game, a Corcoran player hit a player from C-NS below the belt in the handshake line.

That hit escalated already high tensions and other players began fighting. 

Our reporter says it was difficult for administrators and coaches to break up the fight. 

At least one player was transported to the hospital via ambulance. 

Additionally, a Corcoran player was ejected in the third quarter for throwing punches.

Northstars head coach Dave Kline had no comment on the incident, but would rather people focus on the game

C-NS defeated Corcoran 41-7.
