Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The Le Moyne men's basketball team announced the newest member of their squad, a 6-year-old boy from Cazenovia who is battling leukemia.

Nathaniel Henry was diagnosed with leukemia in March 2012 and has been receiving treatment in Syracuse.

Head Coach Steve Evans and the Dolphins linked up with Nathaniel through the Team Impact program, which matches up children with life threatening diseases and college athletic programs.

After the signing, Nathaniel had a pregame meal with the team. Coach Evans said that Nathaniel will be on the bench Tuesday night for the Dolphins game against New Haven and hopefully many more games down the road.
