A criminal complaint was filed in U.S. District Court in Syracuse against 40-year-old Dennis Whitt of Marina, Calif.

Whitt posed as a 16-year-old boy named Lucas on a video chat service and coerced three underage girls from Jefferson County into performing sexual acts, according to court documents.
