Verona (WSYR-TV) – Turning Stone is making gambling a little easier.

The casino and resort location in Oneida County is dumping its old slot machines that required a card and replacing them with machines that allow players to insert cash.

Turning Stone says it will eliminate the need to stand in line to put money on your card.

The new machines will begin appearing on March 4.

Turning Stone is also getting rid of its Diamond Card system and replacing it with what it calls a Rewards Loyalty Program.

If you currently have a Diamond Card account and points, or karats, they will automatically be converted to new reward points.
