Police: 3 arrested in City of Oswego after 76 bags of heroin, hypodermic needle found in car with 3-year-old

Oswego City Police say three people have been arrested after many bags of heroin and a hypodermic needle were discovered in a car with a young child in it.

Oswego (WSYR-TV) - Oswego City Police say three people have been arrested after many bags of heroin and a hypodermic needle were discovered in a car with a young child in it.

Police say they stopped a white Honda Civic on East 4th Street at about 3:55 p.m. on Monday during an investigation into heroin trafficking in the City of Oswego.

76 bags of heroin and a hypodermic needle were discovered in the vehicle, police said.

A three-year-old was also in the vehicle, according to police.

The following people were arrested and charged with:

22-year-old Robert Bort:
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, with Intent to Sell, a Class B felony
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor
22-year-old Danielle Boeglin:
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, with Intent to Sell, a Class B felony
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor
25-year-old Alissa Miller:
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor

Police say Bort, Boeglin and Miller all live in the same apartment at 105 East 4th St. in Oswego.

Bort and Boeglin are being held at the Oswego City Police Department waiting arraignment in Oswego City Court.

Miller was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be in Oswego City Court on April 3 at 9:30 a.m.
