Results of the J.P Morgan Corporate Challenge

A record crowd took to Onondaga Lake Park on Tuesday to compete in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge.
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A record crowd took to Onondaga Lake Park on Tuesday to compete in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge.

A spokesperson with the Corporate Challenge said 8,564 people took part in the 32nd running of the event.

316 companies from Central New York had employees participate in the 3.5 mile race, officials with the event reported.

Andrew Foxenberg of US Materials Handling won the men’s division with a time of 17:35. Jared Burdick of Dielectric Laboratories was the runner-up with a time of 17:42.

Sascha Scott of Syracuse University earned the women’s crown with a time of 20:12. Becky Rogers of Lockheed Martin was the runner up with her time of 20:56.
