Manlius Police trying to identify ‘unknown male’ who reportedly entered F-M High School

Manlius Police are trying to identify a man who entered Fayetteville-Manlius High School on Thursday.

Manlius (WSYR-TV) - Manlius Police are trying to identify a man who entered Fayetteville-Manlius High School on Thursday.

The man was in the building after school hours around 4 p.m.

Police are trying to determine whether the man had a legitimate reason to be within the school.

The man is between 25 and 35 and stands between 5-5 and 5-10. Both the man and his vehicle, a dark colored sedan were captured in surveillance images.

In addition, the Fayetteville-Manlius School District announced on Friday that it will tighten its security after the incident involving the "unknown male."

The district was already reviewing its security procedures in the wake of thefts in a school locker room.

The suspects in the thefts have been arrested by Manlius Police.
