Frightmare Farms is hosting their second annual Fearless Family Festival and this year the event will benefit Charity for Children, a local non-profit organization.
Frightmare Farms is planning carnival style games, a trick-or-treat trail, a pumpkin contest and other family friendly events including a chance to win prizes. The event is open to visitors of all ages and is a non scary version of Frightmare Farms. Organizers say their goal is to create happy childhood memories while raising money for Charity for Children.
Charity for Children is a local central New York based charity that was formed in 2004 to offer support to Central New York families. The organization often picks up where other agencies usually end.They provide many valuable services for families of children with disabilities or serious illnesses. This includes financial assistance with treatment-related travel expenses, free educational seminars, advocacy, referrals and more.
Frightmare Farms’ second annual children’s charity event will take place on Sunday, October 22 from 12-3PM at Frightmare Farms Haunted Scream Park on 4816 State Route 49 in Fulton. A rain date is scheduled for October 29 from 12-3pm. Tickets are $6.
