Martin Custom Homes

As Seen On

If you’re looking to build a home but don’t know where to begin, Martin Custom Homes can help! They’ve been in business since 1993 so they have plenty of experience and expertise.

President David Martin and Vice President Andrew Martin shared some helpful tips, including NOT to purchase a plot of land prior to speaking with a builder. Here are some of their other suggestions:

Put together a list of your wants and desires in a new home
-Prioritize the most important
-List will be different based on status; empty nesters, kids, elderly parents, work from home
Determine your budget
-Can you build and afford to stay in your current home?
-Will you need to find a place to stay during the build?

Let the builder know what price range you would like to stay in
-Speeds the process

-Allows the builder to present only homes you can afford

Martin Custom Homes is currently building around Central New York, including Brewerton/Clay, Camden, Cicero, Baldwinsville, and DeWitt.  For more information, call them at (315) 452-3245 or stop into their office at 7527 Buckley Road in North Syracuse.
