Blink Fitness Offers Free Personal Training for New Members

Bridge Street

When you become a member at Blink Fitness in Liverpool, you get more than access to their gym equipment. Each new Blink member gets a free 30-minute Start-Up Session with a personal trainer. Working with a personal trainer can help you focus on what you specifically want to improve with your body and do it without risk of injury.

“It’s more safe that you do work with a personal trainer because some people work out and they don’t know what they’re doing and you can really hurt your body if you don’t know what you’re doing,” said Langston Lambert, mood lifter at Blink Fitness.

Blink Fitness trainers will go through a fitness assessment in which they sit down with the new members and discuss health issues and what they might have trouble with.

Tyler Sullivan, a new member at Blink Fitness looks to expand his athleticism with his new trainer, Rashaud Redfield. Tyler is a basketball player at Onondaga Community College and he believes Blink Fitness can help improve his health and prepare him for the upcoming season. “I just want to try and get better and try to expand as an athlete. It’s really whatever it takes to try and get better so I’m trying new things,”  said Sullivan.

Getting started with a monthly plan at Blink Fitness involves three easy steps: book a start-up session, choose a plan and schedule your sessions at the front desk. Blink Fitness is dedicated to improving your health and pushing you to be a better person.
